Subjects 2010

In 2010, we will offer a vast range of subjects, including a number of subjects offered more than once to cater to student demand. Our range of subjects is carefully selected to cover emerging and ongoing legal issues, offering our students contemporary legal knowledge and a professional edge.

We are committed to the continual review and renewal of our subjects and courses to ensure that our program meets the evolving needs of our students. In 2010, we are pleased to offer more than 20 totally new subjects in the program, evidence of our commitment to remaining at the forefront of graduate legal education in Australia and the world.

These new subjects will cover contemporary issues such as commercial contracts, governance issues during the global financial crisis, European tax, the regulation of food and drugs, planning law and sustainability law and governance. We are also pleased to expand our subject offerings in many of our popular specialist legal areas such as construction law, environmental law, international and human rights law.
