Specialist programs for international students
The Melbourne Law Masters has several specialist programs of particular interest and relevance to our international students:
Transnational Law
Many international students are interested in subjects that cross or transcend national boundaries. All are available for credit towards the LLM and other specialist qualifications as well as the Graduate Diploma.
Law and Development
International students from developing countries may be interested in subjects specifically tailored to this area of the law. The Master of Law and Development has been introduced for students with an interest in this area.
International Economic Law
International economic law is an increasingly important field of specialist study. The spectacular growth in rulemaking in this field has resulted in a strong demand for high-level information and analysis of international economic law for government officials, private practitioners and members of the development community. The Graduate Diploma in International Economic Law is the first program of its kind in Australia.
